After an end of tenancy, we switched a rental of ours to Warren Homes & Property Services off the back of a recommendation from a friend, we are an elderly couple and want a more peaceful experience from our management company and tenant. We were quickly put at ease due to the personal approach and the methods they used and from our first kick-off meeting we got a sense of control and felt someone was on our side. They went to the estate agents on our behalf, who in turn went to the market and identified suitable tenants. They then drew up a shortlist for us to review and select. On selecting the chosen tenant they continued to handle the whole process from there on in. Since joining we have now moved a further 2 properties to them and are in the planning stages of moving the rest of our portfolio.
